I began my journey toward becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017 at Sage School of Massage after nearly a decade of working in Wilderness Education. The many miles hiked through the Sierra Mountains, the Mojave Desert, and Oregon's own wild places taught me to appreciate the body and sparked my curiosity in movement and healing. I have since expanded my knowledge through working at Chiropractic and PT offices, luxurious spas, as well as thriving independent practices.
Combining a thorough understanding of injury treatment and recovery with an intuitive feel for aligning the body’s imbalances and creating calm, I approach each session with care to create a unique experience for every client. I am excited to welcome you into my tranquil home studio in Midtown Bend.
